Tim and Alison were raised in Cincinnati, met at the Sibcy Cline office in 2017, and are now focused as a team on assisting their clients with the big transition that comes with buying, selling, or building a home. Tim’s primary focus with WP Land Company is new construction sales, whereas Alison works with both buyers and sellers in the resale market. They’ve successfully sold over $150 million in real estate and owe a huge debt of gratitude to past clients who refer the vast majority of their business.
